One way to finance the project is to provide accommodation for our volunteers. The income is used exclusively for the children (e.g. teaching materials, rent for the location, improvement of equipment/facilities).
At the same time, we are glad to be able to provide our volunteers inexpensive, safe and comfortable accommodations. It is possible to live directly with us in a shared apartment or to stay with a local host family.

Our own accommodation is a shared apartment, located between the city center and the project. There are two bathrooms with hot water, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and clean bed sheets. It is possible to share a room for friends or couples, or have your own room.
In this apartment you will live together with Kat and Coco and also with two cute cats and a lovely dog. Kat and Coco will help you with all your questions and, if you want, take you to nice activities the evening or on weekends.

To get fully immersed in Peruvian culture, you can also stay at a local family where you can experience their daily life, and of course practice your Spanish. This way we also try to support local families who can really use some extra income. A homestay includes a private room and two meals per day (breakfast and lunch or dinner), with daily flexibility to choose which meal you’d like. The costs for a shared room are the same as for a private room, because of the meals.
Double/single room
Of course, we would be happy to pick you up from the airport or bus terminal upon your arrival, to bring you to your accommodation. Especially if you don’t have a peruvian sim card, this is advised.
